I have decided to give kickstarter a try.  I am going to try and do a series of MALE faeries (one per season) over the next year.  I hope to get the funds to hire models for the 4 pieces and in exchange donors will get a set of the pieces. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/747004684/544680580?token=8db0d1d2

I have ideas from time to time, but on occasion I am asked to do something specific and I enjoy those times.  I like knowing that what I have done has a purpose.  I guess that is the organized logical part of me coming out. I was recently asked to do a sketch for a tattoo - an eye with a tear.  My friend wanted the initials DS for herself and her late husband in the tear. I am very pleased with how the tear came out with the initials.  My friend is happy with the whole piece, but I am not certain myself. Now I am looking for another project.

I am gradually adding pieces I have done over the years and still enjoy, as well as photomanipulations of some of my favorite shots. I still have to get the ratio right so I can do prints of some of the more interesting stuff. I am currently working on a Butterfly Chalice, a series of male fairies and a piece commissioned for a tattoo.  Oddly enough, I drew exactly what my friend is asking for weeks ago before they asked....but I am not yet happy with it. I took some photos to begin developing the chalice idea and I am gradually finding good representation of the poses I need for the fairies, but one or 2 I have not found.  I'd try to find
